Between 2005 and 2023, there was $447.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $124.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $156.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $48 million in consumer lending, $105.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
