Between 2005 and 2023, there was $162.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $42.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $59.6 million in consumer lending, $20.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
