Between 2005 and 2023, there was $268.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $129.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $62.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $20.5 million in consumer lending, $51.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
