Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.4 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $251.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $731.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $354.5 million in consumer lending, $44.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
