Between 2005 and 2023, there was $461.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $36.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $178.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $213.9 million in consumer lending, $21.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
