Between 2005 and 2023, there was $434.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $142.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $141.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $114.2 million in consumer lending, $21.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
