Between 2005 and 2023, there was $271.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $84.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $107 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $39.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
