Between 2005 and 2023, there was $670.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $120 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $383.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $89.2 million in consumer lending, $25.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
