NCIF has closed on the financing for the Camarena Health Los Banos Clinic. The new 16,000 square foot clinic will be located in the City of Los Banos, CA, in California’s Central Valley. Camarena Health, is a federally qualified health center, operating 18 clinics in Madera County, where they are the largest provider of primary health care.
Merced, California is one of the most agriculturally rich areas in the country, yet the very farmers who work the land have themselves limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables. The solution required more than just building a new grocery store, but ensuring availability in the areas of the community that everyone could access.
