Between 2005 and 2023, there was $658.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $79 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $221.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $308.2 million in consumer lending, $25.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
