Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.6 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $177.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $847.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $22.4 million in consumer lending, $423.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
