Between 2005 and 2023, there was $506.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $124.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $286.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $21.7 million in consumer lending, $33.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
