Between 2005 and 2023, there was $884 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $164.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $386.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $203.8 million in consumer lending, $82.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
