Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.6 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $378.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $1.5 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $413.2 million in consumer lending, $186.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
