Between 2005 and 2023, there was $578.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $140.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $307.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $72.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
