Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $66.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $646.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $200 million in consumer lending, $60.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
