Between 2005 and 2023, there was $260.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $75.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $61.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $70.7 million in consumer lending, $35.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
