Between 2005 and 2023, there was $225.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $48.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $83.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $22.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
