Between 2005 and 2023, there was $259.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $36.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $138.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $64.1 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
