Between 2005 and 2023, there was $188.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $40.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $87.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $31.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
