Between 2005 and 2023, there was $959.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $307.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $337.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $33.8 million in consumer lending, $247.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
