Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $253.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $665.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $70.5 million in consumer lending, $81.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
