Between 2005 and 2023, there was $821.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $347.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $148.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $26.4 million in consumer lending, $273.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
