Between 2005 and 2023, there was $122.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $49.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $20.3 million in consumer lending, $28.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
