Between 2005 and 2023, there was $432.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $90.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $219.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $42.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
