In October 2019, Goodwill Industries acquired a 93,350 square foot site with a 16,708 square foot building that had previously been used as a drive-through pharmacy.
In 2021, Civic Community Partners made a $450,000 equity investment with Naturally Affordable Housing LLC to support the construction of 39 middle income housing units at El Cajon Blvd and Kansas Street in North Park. The four-story building includes a rooftop deck and is located near a new bus rapid transit line.
In 2020, Civic Community Partners made a $400,000 equity investment into the San Diego Middlemarch Fund that in turn invested in the 100-unit Secoya on Fifth project in Mission Hills that is co-led by the development team at the Murfey Company and Bishop Ventures.
