Between 2005 and 2023, there was $460.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $197 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $80.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $126.2 million in consumer lending, $47.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
