Between 2005 and 2023, there was $325.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $76.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $154.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $32.5 million in consumer lending, $28.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
