Between 2005 and 2023, there was $149.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $30.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $46.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $38.3 million in consumer lending, $33.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
