Between 2005 and 2023, there was $477.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $175.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $195.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $21.2 million in consumer lending, $72.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
