Between 2005 and 2023, there was $180.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $41.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $96.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $27.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
