Between 2005 and 2023, there was $776.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $199.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $355.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $91.3 million in consumer lending, $102.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
