Between 2005 and 2023, there was $687.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $84.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $165.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $251.1 million in consumer lending, $89.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
