Between 2005 and 2023, there was $768.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $192.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $324.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $126.3 million in consumer lending, $113 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
