Between 2005 and 2023, there was $913.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $371 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $299 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $159.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
