Between 2005 and 2023, there was $539.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $152.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $142.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $87.4 million in consumer lending, $99.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
