Between 2005 and 2023, there was $252.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $100.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $90.4 million in consumer lending, $21.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
