Between 2005 and 2023, there was $438.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $43.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $205.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $171.5 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
