Between 2005 and 2023, there was $318.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $63.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $137 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $30.7 million in consumer lending, $76.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
