Between 2005 and 2023, there was $825.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $55.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $462.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $196.1 million in consumer lending, $85.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
