Between 2005 and 2023, there was $409.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $38.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $275.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $59.4 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
