Between 2005 and 2023, there was $454.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $57.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $168.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $196.2 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
