Between 2005 and 2023, there was $861.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $220.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $368.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $84.8 million in consumer lending, $124.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
