Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $116 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $421.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $703.4 million in consumer lending, $39.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities. Amber Garden Apartments
Amber Garden Apartments located in Miami Florida is a senior's affordable housing community that consists of one 10-story residential building and six adjoining townhome-style buildings for a total of 110 units, one of which is exempt. There is an attached two-story open parking garage containing 75 spaces. This income restricted community features one and two bedroom apartments and has controlled access entry.
Camillus House
Camillus House has provided services to homeless and at-risk clients in Miami-Dade for 50 years through 12 locations. The organization relocated to the Norwegian Cruise Line Campus of Camillus House, which consists of 7 buildings (3 of which are funded through this NMTC project). This relocation allowed the organization to expand its existing programs which include temporary and transitional housing, job readiness, meals, and mental health services. Camillus House estimates they reach over 10,000 clients annually from the new campus.
Santa Clara II Apartments
Santa Clara II Apartments is located in Miami, Florida. Santa Clara II Apartments is an affordable housing complex with 13% of the units reserved at 30% of AMI and 87% of the units reserved at 60% of AMI.

Spinal Cord Living Assistance Development
Neighborhood Lending Partners provided construction and permanent financing for Spinal Cord Living Assistance Development, Inc. (SCLAD). The financing created an 18 unit rent restricted apartment complex in Hialeah, FL. The complex is a four-story property that houses the SCLAD Resource Center on the first floor and three stories of housing units. The facility also features a rooftop tropical garden, and an emergency natural gas powered elevator for wheel chair access.
