Between 2005 and 2023, there was $360.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $49.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $118.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $160.4 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
