Between 2005 and 2023, there was $210.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $39.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $89.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $63.8 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
