Between 2005 and 2023, there was $632.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $106.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $279.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $161.1 million in consumer lending, $73.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
