Between 2005 and 2023, there was $878.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $68.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $454.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $277.4 million in consumer lending, $20.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
