Between 2005 and 2023, there was $426.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $51.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $150.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $162.4 million in consumer lending, $25.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
