Between 2005 and 2023, there was $975.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $211.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $383 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $38.9 million in consumer lending, $299.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
