Between 2005 and 2023, there was $648.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $133.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $356.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $77.1 million in consumer lending, $74.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
