Between 2005 and 2023, there was $471.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $96.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $192.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $167.5 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
